My first camera was a Kodak Brownie that I purchased with a $5.00 bill that I found at the age of 12. My first black and white photos were of the Steinhardt Museum in San Francisco and later the Kon Tiki, Thor Heyerdahli’s sailing raft. Needless to say I was hooked. I spent 20 years in the U.S. Air Force and another 22 years as a DOD Civilian Employee. I traveled throughout Asia during that time. I finally retired after 42 years of service.
I’ve lived the last 40 plus years in Ma’ili on the Wai’anae Coast so you’ll see lots of my beautiful photographs of Hawaiian scenery, plants, animals and the beautiful people of Hawaii.
