I doubt there is a greater concentration of real estate variety anywhere else in the State than here on the Waianae Coast.
With all these options there are many details to be aware of. Certain loan programs are not eligible for certain property types. Some loan programs are only available in rural areas like the Waianae Coast. And while cash will always be “king” – in a financing situation the highest offer is not always the best or strongest offer. Its vital to have a loan officer and realtor team who can guide you through the options if you are a buyer. If you are a seller, it’s critical your realtor can decipher offers to help you identify the one with the greatest overall value.
